FUEL FLUSH

FUEL FLUSH is the best after-treatment for your methanol/nitro fuelled engine
between races, race seasons or long-term storage.
Fuel Flush absorbs residual methanol/nitro and leaves a lubricating film to protect against fuel gelling damage and corrosion.
Fuel Flush also lubricates superchargers, valve guides, fuel pumps, barrel valves, solenoids and other fuel components to provide fuel system protection in storage
and initial fire up.
When starting your engine Fuel Flush will readily dissolve in methanol/nitro fuels and burn up in combustion.
see "Reasons to use Fuel Flush"
HOW TO USE
At the end of each race meeting disconnect fuel lines and drain excess fuel. Squirt Fuel Flush down the lines and purge through with compressed air. Remove spark plugs and squirt into cylinders
Treat the barrel valve and fuel pump with Pump Lube.

PUMP LUBE

PUMP LUBE has been specially formulated as an after treatment for use in methanol/nitro fuel pumps.
Pump Lube is a thick viscous fluid that adheres to fuel pump gears, absorbing residual methanol/nitro to leave a lubricating film protecting against pump gear galling and corrosion. When starting your engine Pump Lube will readily dissolve in methanol/nitro fuels and burn up in combustion.
Pump Lube can be used as an assembly lube for all fuel system-related components.

HOW TO USE
At the end of each race meeting disconnect fuel lines from the fuel pump and drain excess fuel.
Remove the pump supply line and cap or drain. Squirt Pump Lube into the supply or pressure port then hand crank the engine clockwise or anticlockwise to feed Pump Lube into the fuel pump.
Remove fuel lines from the barrel valve and drain excess fuel, squirt Pump Lube into the barrel valve and purge through with compressed air.

BLOWER LUBE

BLOWER LUBE has been specially formulated as a before and after treatment for use in methanol/nitro superchargers.
It is a medium viscous fluid for lubrication at start-up that will dissolve into the fuel without retaining contaminants.
Use after race to lubricate rotors and absorb residual fuel.

WARNING Other Blower lubricants that DO NOT flush out at start-up will sit in non-active areas collecting contaminants ie. dirt, dust and belt fibres.
This paste-like contaminant is very abrasive.

Superchargers can spin at up to 20,000rpm with potentially gallons of fuel passing thru the rotors. At this speed and environment, lubrication other than the
fuel is non existant.
Lubrication at start-up and when dry cranking the engine is crucial.

HOW TO USE
Before and after engine operation, disable the ignition and squirt a liberal amount into the injector hat to lubricate rotors whilst cranking the engine over.

FUEL LUBES

FUEL LUBE has been specially formulated for use in methanol/nitro fuels without affecting fuel specific gravity. Fuel Lube adds lubrication to fuel while helping to reduce wear on engine components.
Fuel Lube will not settle at the bottom of fuel tanks.
Mix Ratio is 50ml to 20 ltrs
150ml to an average 60ltr tank
500ml bottle will treat up to 200 ltrs

HOW TO USE
Measure out the correct amount of Fuel Lube as per the mix ratio.
Add to correct amount of fuel in container, agitate, then fuel your tank.

E85 FUEL LUBE has been specially formulated for use in E85 fuels without affecting fuel quality. E85 Fuel Lube adds lubrication to fuel while helping to reduce wear on engine components. Adding lubrication and protection to electric fuel pumps and injectors, E85 Fuel lube will leave a protective lubricating film behind when the fuel has evaporated and then dissolve in the presence of new fuel.
E85 Fuel Lube will not settle at the bottom of fuel tanks.
"E85 Fuel Lube is superior protection for your E85 fuel system"

Mix Ratio is 50ml to 20 ltrs
150ml to an average 60ltr tank
500ml bottle will treat up to 200 ltrs

HOW TO USE
Measure out the correct amount of E85 Fuel Lube as per the mix ratio.
Add the correct amount of fuel in the container, agitate and then fuel your tank.
With the correct fuel funnel, E85Lube can be added at the bowser also.
